奧密克戎加強針：英國率先批準莫德納二價疫苗

Moderna’s two-strain shot will target both the original Covid-19 strain and BA.1 in step with European regulators
該疫苗針對新冠病毒原始毒株和Omicron BA.1亞型毒株。此舉為英國使用這款疫苗開展秋季加強劑接種工作奠定基礎。 The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority — which was the first in the world to approve an original Covid-19 jab — has granted a conditional authorisation to the vaccine, which targets both the original strain of the virus and Omicron BA.1. 
該疫苗針對新冠病毒原始毒株和Omicron BA.1亞型毒株。英國藥品和保健品監管局(MHRA)——全球首個批準原始新冠疫苗的監管機構——已給予這款疫苗有條件授權。  
The vaccine is authorised for use in people aged 18 or over but the UK plans to focus its booster programme to prepare for rising cases over the winter on the over 50s and those at higher clinical risk of developing severe Covid-19.
